The crunch comes from toasted kadayif — fine, crispy shredded pastry (the same strands used in Dubai-style and Middle Eastern desserts). We toast it and fold it through the cream so it stays crisp, not soggy.

I have tried everything “Dubai Chocolate” and have always been disappointed because it’s been all chocolate and very little pistachio, tahini filling or kataifi and that’s what makes the Dubai chocolate experience magical! This jar of Dubai Chocolate is the absolute best I have ever had or will ever have! I have eaten the jar within two days and I want more because it’s addicting! So glad it’s now in dark chocolate.

It is too rich. Next time, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It is too sweet.
Absolutely delicious but dangerous. This stuff is like crack! Heat it up in the microwave for a little bit, then get two spoons and share with someone. Ohhh boy this stuff is incredible! Shipping was pretty fast too!
