- Let us know what went wrong (photos are helpful for damaged items but not required)

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, email us at info@ohcrema.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
