Gift Cards

How are gift cards delivered?
Digitally by email, instantly after checkout. You’ll receive a unique code that can be forwarded or printed.

Can I send it directly to someone else?
Yes. On the product page, check “I want to send this as a gift” to add their name, email, and a note.

Do gift cards expire?
No. Oh! Crema digital gift cards never expire.

Where can they be used?
At checkout on ohcrema.com for any available product.

Can a gift card be used with discounts?
Yes—gift cards work like store credit and can be combined with most promotions (unless a promo states otherwise).

Can I check the remaining balance?
Yes. The balance shows in your order email and during checkout once the code is applied. Need help? Email us.

What if the recipient didn’t receive the email?
Ask them to check spam/promotions. If it’s not there, contact info@ohcrema.com and we’ll resend it.

Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders typically process within 1 business day and arrive in 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email.

Do chocolates ship with protective packaging?
Yes—temperature-sensitive items may ship with protective/cold packaging when needed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@ohcrema.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Please check with neighbors and your mail area first. If it doesn’t appear within 24 hours, contact us with your order number.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to love everything from Oh! Crema. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Food items that have been opened cannot be returned, but if something arrived damaged or defective, reach out—we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return?
Email info@ohcrema.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll share next steps.

Are gift cards returnable?
No. Digital gift cards are final sale.


Products & Ingredients

What makes Oh! Crema special?
Premium ingredients and small-batch craftsmanship—think 100% Italian pistachios, silky textures, and carefully developed recipes.

Do you use palm oil or preservatives?
No palm oil. No artificial preservatives. (Always check each product’s label for the full ingredient list.)

Allergens?
Many products contain tree nuts (pistachio, hazelnut, etc.). Chocolate items may contain milk and soy or be produced in facilities that handle these allergens. Please review the ingredient panel on each product page.

Is it vegetarian/halal/kosher?
Our products are not certified halal or kosher, but the ingredients we use are generally suitable for both. None of our items contain pork or alcohol derivatives, and all are crafted with premium Italian ingredients.


Storage & Serving

How should I store pistachio crema and spreads?
Keep sealed jars in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight. After opening, close tightly. Refrigeration is optional and can thicken texture; allow to return to room temperature and stir before using.

My spread separated (oil on top). Is that normal?
Yes—natural nut oils may separate. Simply stir until smooth.

Best-by dates?
See the jar or outer packaging for the lot’s best-by date.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and gift cards. Additional wallets may be available at checkout.

Yes. Our store uses industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors.
